Andy & Denise Spragg and Steph Leitner
18th – 24th May

This immersive retreat offers daily sessions in Tai Chi, Yoga, and Buddhist meditation.

Whether you’re a curious beginner or seasoned practitioner, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and inclusive space designed to help you reconnect with nature, with others, and with your inner self.

Your guides for the week bring decades of experience and a heartfelt approach to teaching.

Andy Spragg, author of The Magic of Noticing, has practised Buddhism and Yang-style Tai Chi for over 35 years. His teachings explore the synergy between movement and mindfulness, helping you rediscover your connection to the earth and the present moment.

Denise Spragg, Andy’s wife, has practised holistic therapies for over 15 years and brings a lifelong passion for holistic therapies. She offers massage and reflexology sessions that support emotional and physical healing throughout the retreat.

Steph Leitner, our Yoga teacher, brings over 20 years of experience leading classes and retreats from Somerset to Costa Rica. With a background in physical theatre, Steph’s approach is playful, poetic, and deeply embodied. Her sessions blend breathwork, flowing postures, deep relaxation, and meditation—always guided by curiosity and the wisdom of the body. She believes that teaching is about relationship, and each class is crafted to be a nourishing, connected experience.

These ancient arts—rooted in centuries of Chinese and Indian tradition—are more than physical disciplines. They are pathways to stillness, clarity, and emotional renewal. Optional holistic therapies are also available to complement your journey.

Each evening closes with a Buddhist Dharma talk and guided meditation, deepening your spiritual practice in a supportive group setting.

This is more than a holiday—it’s a chance to re-vitalise your body, mind, and spirit in one of Spain’s most magical landscapes.
