The complexity of our daily lives and of our relationships can be challenging, sometimes even painful and disturbing. During this five-day retreat we will delve into those things which can trigger us on a day-to-day basis and examine how it is that they are able to affect us as profoundly as they do. Using guided meditations, experiential exercises, open sharings and movement we will learn how to live life more fully, how to communicate more effectively and how to be more true to ourselves moment to moment. Through self-inquiry we will approach our innermost being, moving beyond life story or drama, through our vulnerability and into our essence: the jewel in the centre of every one of us.

The price of this retreat is €685 and this includes:

  • Course fee
  • Shared accommodation in a twin room
  • Three vegetarian meals a day
  • Use of the pool and gardens

Retreat Leaders

Evelyne Vuilleumier

After 6 years as a professional snowboarder, Evelyne Vuilleumier dived into the spiritual realms, wondering about what more there is to this ordinary life. Having spent some time with Thich Nhat Hanh and in the Tibetan community at Dharamsala, she did a Yoga Teacher Training, studied clinical Psychology and is now a trained Gestalt Psychotherapist and Sophrologist (consciousness training). She then found her spiritual teacher Ananta with whom she spent much time during 8 years and with whom she discovered the answer to the „Who am I“. She did the Learning Love Training with Krishnananda and Amana Trobe and has been giving workshops in this field as well as in the consciousness building realms. She is currently working as a spiritual Psychotherapist, Yoga and Meditation teacher in Switzerland and is focused on guiding people, individually or in groups, home to their true nature.

Together with her partner she founded the „Deepr“-Community, a field which is focused on consciousness building through artwork, dance, meditation, communication and nature.

Adrian Wynter

Over the past 15 years Adrian has become a certified teacher and therapist of the Learning Love Institute. The transformation that has come about through this work, along with trainings in Metamorphic Technique, T’ai Chi, Tantra, Psycho-Spiritual groups and Psycho-Therapy led Adrian to want to share his passion for personal growth.  With his wife, Ceri, he has built and runs the House of Light retreat centre in the Alpujarra mountains of S.Spain, which is dedicated to deep personal growth and self enquiry. To compliment work with those tackling addictions Adrian has also qualified with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association and works with a community project running a support clinic in Orgiva.
