Back home now and having had last week to reflect on my personal journey of the whole experience, a word comes to mind beautiful. ….. For me the experience started in the warm easy welcome from Adrian on my arrival. The retreat space is beautiful in every way, the energy of the love that went into every detail is evident everywhere. The warmth of the bedrooms, the very comfortable bed, the decor throughout and the workshop space is just perfect. To say that the food was an experience of a five star hotel doesn’t explain the taste, the presentation, the variety of this pure and wholesome food presented by Ceri, who enjoyed nurturing and spoiling us at every meal. She’s just amazing and I’m not vegetarian but I thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was for me a home from home, a safe and caring space, shared by the group of like-minded people coming together to grow and learn from all the experiences had by all in this beautiful process called the Journey. Thank you both for sharing your light with me and I will certainly be back to the heart of the Alpujarra mountains to experience more of the magical Energy there.
