We happily accept the leader's arrival from 1000hrs on the start day of retreat. If the leader prefers, and we have availability, they are welcome to arrive the day before and stay in the leader's apartment - there is an extra charge for this.

Yes, we have a soundproofed yoga room with a sound system (details above). Please respect the quiet of the local village and avoid playing loud music at say 3am.
We have one large singing bowl, 2 small singing bowls of different sizes, tongue drum, Shamanic drum, accoustic guitar and Tibetan prayer cymbals.
We do not provide real candles due to the high risk of wildfires in this area. The use of candles and naked flames are strictly forbidden. We provide LED flicker wax candles. Incense can also be provided.
